Jaykay Enterprises informed the stock exchange that its step-down subsidiary Allen Reinforced Plastics Limited has received Letters of Intent from two major defence entities. BrahMos Aerospace Private Limited has issued an LOI valued at approximately Rs. 94.45 Crores (including GST), while Bharat Dynamics Limited has issued an LOI worth approximately Rs. 15.90 Crores (including GST). The combined value of these LOIs is around Rs. 110.35 Crores. These are currently Letters of Intent and not yet definitive orders, but the company expects them to convert into confirmed orders, which would strengthen Allen's project pipeline and add to its future revenues.
