On the reaction day the stock moved 3.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 4.5 pts more than its Aerospace & Defense peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
JK Digital and Advance Systems Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jaykay Enterprises, has received a CDSCO manufacturing licence (No. MFG/MD/2026/000784, dated 21 Oct 2026) for Class C and Class D medical devices. The licence covers eight categories of titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) orthopaedic and spinal implants under brands Neobone and Nubone, including acetabular cups, buttress and shim implants, cage constructs, and TLIF and PLIF spinal fusion cages. Manufacturing will happen at the Bengaluru Peenya facility. The licence is valid for lifetime.
Positive: gives regulatory clearance to manufacture and sell specialised medical implants, strengthening presence in the medical devices segment.
