JBM Auto reported consolidated Q2 FY27 revenue including other operating income of Rs 1,656.37 crore, up 21.06%, and net profit of Rs 58.76 crore, up 12.46%. EBITDA rose 3.40% to Rs 201.35 crore and EPS was Rs 2.49. Component revenue grew 24.68% to Rs 1,036.97 crore, while EV revenue rose 21.84% to Rs 548.33 crore. The EV business held about 24% market share in H1 FY27 and delivered a record 578 buses.
Positive revenue and profit growth supports shareholders, but EBITDA lagged sales, pointing to margin pressure that may limit near-term gains.
