JD Cables reported a 94% YoY jump in Q3 FY26 revenue to ₹119.84 Cr (vs ₹61.77 Cr in Q3 FY25), with 9M FY26 revenue up 42% to ₹241.10 Cr. The company won a landmark ₹243.99 Cr EPC order from Kaushal Engineering for the NH-2 six-laning highway project in Jharkhand, marking its entry into EPC infrastructure. It also secured an ₹8.81 Cr cable supply order covering 831 km for projects in Bihar and Jharkhand. JD Cables acquired ~1.18 lakh sq. ft. of land at Dankuni, West Bengal for ₹10.45 Cr to expand manufacturing capacity for AL-59, MVCC, HTLS and HT cables. The company was also granted a 5-year Electrical Contractor License by the Government of West Bengal, enabling it to bid for turnkey electrical and substation contracts.
The strong order wins and EPC entry significantly expand revenue visibility and diversify the business beyond cable supply, while capacity expansion supports future growth. Positive near-term momentum for the stock, though investors should note execution risk on the large new EPC contract.
