Board approved multiple changes on 15 July 2026. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Smita Chaturvedi resigned from close of business on 14 July 2026 to pursue other opportunities; Priya Goyal (ICSI ACS-71180, 3+ years experience) takes over. Four new directors appointed: Ajay Sharma and Sapna Singh as Non-Executive Independent Directors, and Dr Ish Sharma and Ankush Kaushal as Executive Whole Time Directors (KMP). All director tenures run for 2 years till 14 July 2028, subject to shareholder approval.
