Jio Financial Services Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 73% YoY to Rs 1,699.28 crore. Q2 PAT fell 51% YoY to Rs 340.44 crore, hit by higher finance costs. H1 FY27 PAT grew 15% to Rs 1,170.69 crore. Lending segment PAT nearly doubled to Rs 147.90 crore. In a landmark deal, Bank of America will invest up to Rs 18,268.22 crore in subsidiary Jio Credit for 49.9% stake, subject to approvals.
Strong topline and lending growth offset by weaker investment income; landmark BofA stake validates Jio Credit valuation and boosts capital base.
