Jio Financial Services reported audited FY2026 consolidated results with total income of Rs.3,542.61 crore, up 70% from Rs.2,078.92 crore in FY2025. Revenue from operations grew 72% to Rs.3,513.26 crore driven by higher interest income (Rs.1,901.87 crore vs Rs.852.53 crore). However, profit after tax declined 3.2% to Rs.1,560.90 crore from Rs.1,612.59 crore. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs.0.60 per share. CFO Abhishek Haridas Pathak resigned effective April 20, 2026, and will be replaced by Ms. Annapoorna Venkataramanan from May 11, 2026. The Board also approved an Employee Stock Option Plan 2026 with 3.2 crore options subject to shareholder approval. Auditors gave unmodified (clean) opinions on both consolidated and standalone results.
Revenue showed strong growth driven by lending operations, though profitability declined slightly. The CFO transition and new ESOP plan signal management stability and retention focus. The clean audit opinion removes near-term audit risk concerns.
