JK Cement commissioned a 3.3 MnTPA clinker Line-2 at its Panna plant on December 3, 2025, doubling Panna clinker capacity from 3.30 to 6.60 MnTPA. This is part of the company's 6 MnTPA overall expansion plan approved in January 2024, covering brownfield expansion at Panna, Hamirpur and Prayagraj (3.3 MnTPA clinker plus 3 MnTPA cement grinding, 1 MnTPA each) and a 3 MnTPA greenfield cement grinding unit in Bihar. The 1 MnTPA Prayagraj grinding unit was commissioned earlier in October 2025.
Positive. Capacity addition supports volume growth; Bihar greenfield and Hamirpur grinding unit still pending commissioning.
