JK Tyre & Industries reported FY2025-26 consolidated revenue of Rs 16,326.65 crore, up 11.1% from Rs 14,692.92 crore in the prior year. Profit after tax grew 49.8% to Rs 713.43 crore from Rs 476.29 crore (restated), while EPS improved to Rs 25.94 from Rs 17.12. Operating profit margin expanded from 9.9% to 12.8%. The board recommended a dividend of Rs 4 per share (200%). Exceptional items included forex losses (Rs 25.95 crore), VRS expenses (Rs 30.16 crore), stamp duty (Rs 32.50 crore), and new labour code provisions (Rs 56.98 crore). The company completed the amalgamation of subsidiary Cavendish Industries Ltd in December 2025, with prior period figures restated accordingly.
