JK Tyre reported record Q2 FY27 revenue of Rs 4,850 crore, up 20% year on year. EBITDA rose 28% sequentially to Rs 343 crore, with margin improving to 7.1% from 6.8%; profit after tax rose 40% to Rs 60 crore. Raw material costs rose 9% sequentially, and management expects another 4% to 5% in Q3. It plans price increases and expects some Q3 margin improvement, while net debt reached Rs 5,696 crore after capex and higher working capital.
Strong sales and profit growth support sentiment, but cost inflation, price pass-through delays and higher net debt could cap near-term gains.
