Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 22.7% year on year to Rs 4,840.73 crore. EBITDA rose 28.2% to Rs 343.14 crore, lifting margin to 7.1% from 6.8%. Q2 profit rose 47.8% to Rs 65.11 crore; half-year profit was Rs 226.89 crore. Exceptional Q2 costs were Rs 12.31 crore. Standalone operating cash flow was negative. Prior figures were restated for the Cavendish Industries merger. The auditor highlighted it without changing its conclusion.
Record revenue and profit growth may support the stock, but negative cash flow and one-off costs keep near-term risks high.
