J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited held its Board meeting on 19th May 2026 and approved the audited financial results for Q4 and FY 2025-26. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹4.00 per equity share (80% on face value of ₹5 each), pending shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. For the standalone year, revenue from operations stood at ₹5,69,389 Lakhs, profit after tax at ₹38,355 Lakhs, compared to ₹5,69,349 Lakhs and ₹39,045 Lakhs respectively in the prior year — broadly flat to slightly lower. On a consolidated basis, PAT was ₹38,690 Lakhs vs ₹39,121 Lakhs in FY25. The company recorded an exceptional item of ₹1,236.61 Lakhs due to the statutory impact of new Labour Codes. Cash and cash equivalents improved significantly to ₹20,310 Lakhs (standalone) from ₹6,772 Lakhs at the start of the year.
The dividend of ₹4 per share represents a consistent payout with no cut evident. The flat-to-slightly-lower PAT in a challenging infrastructure environment is a modest concern, but the strong cash position supports the dividend commitment. No major red flags for income-focused investors.
