J.Kumar Infraprojects Limited reported audited FY2026 standalone revenue of Rs. 5,693.89 crore with profit after tax of Rs. 383.55 crore, compared to Rs. 5,693.49 crore revenue and Rs. 390.45 crore PAT in FY2025. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 5,723.03 crore with PAT of Rs. 386.90 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share (80% on face value of Rs. 5), subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. EPS on consolidated basis is Rs. 51.13. Cash and cash equivalents nearly tripled to Rs. 203.19 crore from Rs. 67.72 crore last year. The company also disclosed an exceptional item of Rs. 12.37 crore due to the impact of new Labour Codes.
