J.Kumar Infraprojects posted strong Q1 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations of ₹1,63,274 lakhs, up about 27% from ₹1,28,150 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax rose to ₹11,414 lakhs from ₹8,642 lakhs, a jump of roughly 32% year-on-year, lifting EPS to ₹15.09 from ₹11.42. Consolidated PAT was ₹11,420 lakhs versus ₹8,688 lakhs, also up about 31%. Total expenses grew in line with revenue, while finance costs edged up to ₹4,275 lakhs from ₹3,260 lakhs. The results were approved at the July 29, 2025 board meeting and have a clean limited review report from statutory auditors Todi Tulsyan & Co., with no qualifications. The 26th AGM is set for September 23, 2025, with the record book closure from September 17–23 for the ₹4 per share equity dividend (on face value ₹5) already recommended earlier.
This is a positive quarter for shareholders — strong topline growth of over 25% and a 32% jump in standalone profits signal healthy execution in the construction business. The ₹4 dividend reaffirms a consistent payout, and the clean audit opinion and unchanged auditor provide comfort on governance.
