Standalone Q3 FY26 revenue fell 12.2% YoY to Rs 1,305.73 crores and PAT dropped 15.9% to Rs 83.86 crores. For nine months, revenue rose 1.5% to Rs 4,121.35 crores and PAT grew 0.6% to Rs 278.06 crores. EPS for 9M was Rs 36.75. The firm booked a Rs 12.37 crore exceptional charge for new Labour Code compliance. Statutory auditors issued a clean limited review. Consolidated results were broadly in line with standalone.
Q3 revenue and profit decline is a concern despite stable 9M numbers. A one-time Labour Code charge weighed on earnings.
