Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved unaudited consolidated results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Revenue was Rs 1,342.51 crore, up 3.9% year on year but down 9.5% from June. Net profit was Rs 90.57 crore, up 0.4% year on year and down 12.4% from June. For the half-year, revenue and profit rose 9.8% and 9.6%, while operating cash flow was Rs 410.80 crore. The board also seeks shareholder approval to raise up to Rs 800 crore.
The sequential fall may weigh on sentiment. The raise can improve funding capacity but may dilute existing holders if equity is issued.
