JMJ Fintech Ltd's Rights Issue Committee has approved issuing 2,56,00,000 partly paid-up equity shares at ₹10.50 each (face value ₹10, premium ₹0.50), aggregating up to ₹2,688 lakhs. The ratio is 2 Rights Equity Shares for every 1 existing share held. Existing shareholders will pay ₹3.15 on application (including ₹0.15 premium) and the remaining ₹7.35 on a later call. Post-issue, total shares will rise from 1.28 crore to 3.84 crore assuming full subscription. The issue opens on July 18, 2025, and closes on August 16, 2025. The record date is yet to be announced.
This rights issue will triple the share count of JMJ Fintech if fully subscribed, leading to significant dilution for existing shareholders who do not participate. Existing shareholders should evaluate whether to subscribe, renounce, or let entitlements lapse based on their view of the company's growth plans and the cost of the partly paid-up structure.
