Consolidated September-quarter operating revenue rose 8.1% to Rs 1,113.78 lakh; net profit rose 23.2% to Rs 254.15 lakh and earnings per share reached Rs 1.84. First-half operating revenue rose 6.9% and net profit rose 15.2% to Rs 466.19 lakh. Standalone net profit was Rs 254.13 lakh. The auditor's review had no qualifications. Operating cash flow was negative at Rs 2,735.78 lakh, while borrowings rose to Rs 1,801.10 lakh from Rs 26.90 lakh.
Profit growth and a clean review are positive, but continued operating cash outflow and sharply higher borrowings could weigh on the stock.
