JSW Energy has commissioned 261 MW of new renewable energy capacity, comprising 189 MW of solar and 72 MW of wind power, taking its total installed capacity to 12,760 MW (12.8 GW). With this, cumulative capacity addition in Q1 FY26 stands at 1.9 GW (organic and inorganic combined), and the share of renewables in the overall portfolio has risen to 56% — made up of 3,554 MW wind, 2,157 MW solar, and 1,391 MW hydro. The company has a total locked-in pipeline of 29.9 GW (12.8 GW operational, 12.5 GW under construction, 4.6 GW in pipeline) and 29.3 GWh of energy storage capacity, targeting 30 GW generation and 40 GWh storage by FY 2030.
