On the reaction day the stock moved 6.2 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 10.8 pts more than its Port & Port services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
JSW Infrastructure board approved acquiring 100% of step-down subsidiary JSW Overseas FZE (UAE) from JSW Terminal Middle East FZE for INR 19.21 Lakhs (AED 78,446) at book value. JSW Overseas has not started operations and will become a direct wholly owned subsidiary. Also approved OPJ ESOP Plan 2026 of up to 21 lakh options at face value of Rs 2, subject to member approval via postal ballot.
Minor internal restructuring with negligible financial impact. ESOP may cause slight dilution if exercised, pending shareholder approval.
