JSW Infra's wholly owned subsidiary JSWCTPL signed a Concession Agreement with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, Kolkata for developing the Outer Container Terminal and Berths 1 to 5 at Netaji Subhash Dock on a DBFOT PPP basis. Along with a previous September 2025 concession for Berth 8, the aggregate capacity at Kolkata would be about 1.4 Million TEU per annum, to be built in phases.
Formalizes the Kolkata port project won in June 2026, adding 1.4 Million TEU capacity. Largely priced in but confirms execution progress.
