JSW Infrastructure's wholly owned subsidiary, JSW Jaigarh Port Limited, has signed a binding Memorandum of Understanding with Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) for the Bhoke Railway Siding project in Ratnagiri. As per the MoU, the subsidiary will provide a refundable and non-lapsable security deposit for the construction and development of the railway siding. Once completed, the project will give Jaigarh Port direct railway access, enabling movement of containers, bulk, and liquid cargo. This is expected to boost the port's ability to handle third-party cargo from its hinterland and support future capacity expansion.
