Jumbo Bag Ltd submitted its revised unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025 along with a clean limited review report from DPV & Associates. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,852.98 lakhs in Q3 FY26, down from Rs 3,145.04 lakhs in Q3 FY25, an approximate 9% YoY decline. Nine-month revenue was Rs 9,062.31 lakhs vs Rs 9,481.29 lakhs, also lower YoY. Net profit for the quarter fell sharply to Rs 176.35 lakhs from Rs 311.01 lakhs a year ago, while 9M FY26 PAT rose to Rs 713.30 lakhs from Rs 209.38 lakhs. The results include an exceptional item of Rs 150 lakhs. Segment-wise, the manufacturing (FIBC packaging) business remains the larger contributor, with polymer trading also profitable. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 2.11 vs Rs 3.71 prior year.
Weak Q3 numbers — both revenue and profit declined year-on-year — are a negative signal for the stock in the near term, though the strong 9-month PAT growth and absence of any auditor qualifications provide some support. The presence of a recurring Rs 150 lakh exceptional item is worth monitoring.
