Juniper Hotels has executed a Share Purchase Agreement dated June 02, 2026 to acquire 100 percent shares of Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited (JHAPL), making it a wholly owned subsidiary. JHAPL holds license rights for about 2.524 acres in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi, where a 5-star hotel will be developed. JHAPL was newly incorporated on March 17, 2026 with paid up capital of one lakh rupees. The sellers are related parties: promoter Arun Kumar Saraf and promoter group member Varun Saraf.
Adds a new 5-star hotel pipeline in Dwarka. Related-party deal with promoter family; minority shareholders should watch for fair valuation disclosures.
