Board approved Q1 FY27 results: standalone revenue rose to Rs 3,284.85 million from Rs 2,119.87 million YoY; net profit at Rs 492.01 million versus Rs 314.86 million. Consolidated revenue was Rs 4,109.83 million with net profit of Rs 439.45 million. Mr Harshad Purani appointed as new CFO and KMP. Subsidiary Jupiter Hospital Pharmacy acquired 100 percent of Sulcus Private Limited for Rs 3.78 crore from promoter family, a related party deal done at arm's length. Sulcus is setting up an IV fluids and pharma manufacturing unit near Ujjain with Rs 35-40 crore investment planned over 1-2 years.
Strong revenue and profit growth, plus backward integration into pharma manufacturing, should support margins. Promoter-related acquisition is a governance watchpoint.
