Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Jupiter Wagons acquired the remaining 1.94% stake (63,57,552 shares) in its material subsidiary Jupiter Tatravagonka Railwheel Factory (JTRWF) for about INR 16.53 crores in cash. JTRWF is now a wholly owned subsidiary. It manufactures railway wheels, axles and wheel sets with FY26 turnover of INR 521.64 crores, up from INR 333.12 cr (FY25) and INR 163.78 cr (FY24). Not a related party deal.
JTRWF is now wholly owned. Subsidiary revenue grew about 57 percent YoY, so full benefits of this growth now accrue to Jupiter Wagons shareholders.
