Jupiter Wagons Limited has appointed Mr. Vinod Kumar Agarwal as its new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 24, 2025. The appointment was approved at a board meeting held on the same day, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Agarwal brings 17 years of finance leadership experience, with core strengths in financial planning, fundraising, treasury, taxation, accounts and audit, ERP implementation, and investor relations. He will also replace Mr. Sanjiv Keshri as one of the KMPs authorised to determine the materiality of events and make disclosures to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30. The board meeting ran from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM.
