Jyoti CNC Automation has received Meity approval under the Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme for a capital investment of Rs 1,020.65 crores spread over the next five years at its existing Rajkot facility. The investment will expand installed capacity and add backward integrated manufacturing of electronic devices used in CNC machines. The company is eligible for a capex incentive of up to 25 percent on investments, subject to scheme rules and the approval letter, which will be placed before the board for consideration.
Large capacity expansion partly cushioned by up to 25 percent govt incentive may support long-term growth, but raises execution and capex funding risks.
