Jyoti Structures has completed and energised a 400 kV Multi-Circuit Line-in-Line-Out (LILO) project connecting Pirana (Torrent Power) to Pirana (PowerGrid) at the POWERGRID substation in Ahmedabad. The line is a key part of the 4.5 GW Renewable Energy evacuation system for Khavda Phase-II. The project covered 240 circuit kilometres of High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) line, including three Sabarmati River crossings and several urban road crossings. The company overcame challenges like Right of Way constraints, limited shutdown windows, and water-logged terrain using porta mats, dewatering pumps, and heavy-lift cranes. The client acknowledged was Torrent Power Grid Ltd.
This is a project execution milestone rather than a new order win, so the immediate stock impact may be limited. However, successful and on-time delivery of a complex transmission project for a reputed private utility strengthens Jyoti Structures' credibility in the power T&D EPC space, which could support future order inflows in the growing renewable evacuation segment.
