Press Release on Jyoti Structures Limited Expands International Power Transmission Portfolio with Sri Lanka Project.

Jyoti Structures Limited (JSL) has signed a joint venture contract with Hayleys Fentons Limited, a leading MEP and Solar EPC contractor in Sri Lanka, for constructing the Mannar-Mullikulam 220kV Double Circuit Transmission Line. The contract has been awarded by the National Transmission Network Service Provider (Private) Limited under the Mullikulam Wind Power Transmission Project. The project involves developing transmission infrastructure to evacuate power from wind projects to Sri Lanka's national grid. JSL's COO Amit Dutta called it a landmark cross-border project that reinforces the company's presence in international transmission markets. The deal marks JSL's continued expansion beyond India into regional power infrastructure markets.
