Mr. Amit Subhashchandra Khandelwal has resigned as Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel of K.P. Energy Limited effective July 3, 2026, to take up responsibilities in another capacity within the company. On the same day, Prof. Sunil Kumar Maheshwari (60), a former IIM Ahmedabad professor and ex-Indian Railway Personnel Service officer, has been appointed as Executive Director. He is not related to any existing director and brings experience in leadership, strategy, and the power sector.
