K S Oils appoints Mr. Pawan Mendiratta as Chief Financial Officer

K S Oils board has appointed Mr. Pawan Mendiratta as the new Chief Financial Officer effective September 02, 2026. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, with prior senior leadership roles at companies including MG Motors, Cargo Motors, and Luxor Group. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
