K S Oils appoints Pawan Mendiratta as Chief Financial Officer

K S Oils board appointed Mr. Pawan Mendiratta as Chief Financial Officer effective September 2, 2026, on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of finance and accounting experience, having held senior finance leadership roles at Mangal Electrical Industries, MG Motors, Cargo Motors, DJVOW and Luxor Group. No relationship with existing directors was disclosed.
