K S Oils appoints Pawan Mendiratta as Chief Financial Officer

Board of K S Oils approved the appointment of Mr. Pawan Mendiratta as Chief Financial Officer with effect from September 2, 2026. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. He previously held senior finance leadership roles at Mangal Electrical Industries, MG Motors, Cargo Motors, and others. The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. No relationship with existing directors was disclosed.
