K S Oils appoints Pawan Mendiratta as Chief Financial Officer

K S Oils Limited has appointed Mr. Pawan Mendiratta as its new Chief Financial Officer effective September 02, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Mendiratta is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 25 years of finance and accounting experience, having held senior leadership roles at companies including Mangal Electrical Industries, MG Motors, Cargo Motors, DJVOW Ltd, and Luxor Group. The company is now owned by Soy-Sar Edible Private Limited.
