Kalind signs framework agreement with UK firm for Africa infrastructure projects

Kalind Limited has entered a Framework Teaming and Conditional Subcontracting Agreement with Dharan International Limited, UK, effective 23 July 2026. The non-exclusive agreement sets the stage for jointly pursuing government and private infrastructure opportunities across Africa. Dharan will originate and coordinate opportunities while Kalind will provide technical expertise and may execute subcontract work on awarded projects. Individual projects will be governed by separate agreements. The initial term is three years, auto-renewable yearly. No shares are issued, there is no related party linkage, and there is no change in management or control.
