Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has won new orders and notifications of awards worth approximately ₹2,471 crores. The orders include an underground metro rail project in India secured through a joint venture, additional Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) orders in India and overseas markets, and Buildings & Factories (B&F) orders in India. With these wins, KPIL has secured cumulative orders of approximately ₹22,000 crore so far in FY26, backed by a healthy pipeline and L1 positions. Management expressed confidence in achieving FY26 targets, citing strong demand across T&D, urban infrastructure and B&F segments.
This is a positive development for shareholders as it strengthens the company's order book and revenue visibility for FY26 and beyond. The diversification across metro rail, T&D and buildings reduces business concentration risk, while overseas T&D orders provide currency and geographic diversification. Sustained order inflows above ₹20,000 crore in the year support earnings growth expectations.
