Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has secured new orders worth approximately ₹4,439 crores, all in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business. The orders include a 400kV transmission line and substations in Africa, transmission line projects in India, and a substation project in Sweden. With these wins, the company has surpassed its annual order intake target of ₹26,000 crores for FY26. The T&D and Buildings & Factories (B&F) segments together account for nearly 90% of FY26 year-to-date inflows (around 50% and 40% respectively), highlighting strong momentum in KPIL's core businesses.
Positive for shareholders — the order win represents a significant addition to the order book from marquee domestic and international clients, and surpassing the annual target signals strong revenue visibility and potential upward revision in future guidance.
