On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.3 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kalpataru Limited informed exchanges that the NCLT Mumbai Bench, via its Order dated November 25, 2025, has allowed the withdrawal of the Scheme of Arrangement for demerger of Project Yoganand (Borivali, Mumbai) from Kalpataru into its wholly owned subsidiary Kalpataru Residency Private Limited. The Board had approved seeking this withdrawal on November 10, 2025. The demerger scheme has now been formally dismissed as withdrawn.
Demerger to a wholly owned subsidiary is called off. No share issuance was involved since the transferee was a WOS, so minimal direct impact on shareholders.
