On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.3 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kalpataru Limited board approved withdrawal of its demerger scheme, originally approved on June 27, 2024. The scheme was to demerge Project Yoganand at Borivali, Mumbai into wholly owned subsidiary Kalpataru Residency Private Limited, to ease funding and refinancing. After the company IPO, Kalpataru has adequate cash flows and lenders no longer insist on the demerger. Withdrawal has no financial impact on the company or subsidiary.
Neutral for shareholders. Project Yoganand stays with Kalpataru. No financial impact on the company or subsidiary from the withdrawal.
