On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.9 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kalpataru Limited has withdrawn a Scheme of Arrangement that would have demerged Project Magnus (a real estate project in Bandra East, Mumbai) from its wholly owned subsidiary Kalpataru Properties Limited into the listed company. The Board had approved the scheme in January 2024 and filed it with NCLT Mumbai in September 2024. The Executive Committee has now approved its withdrawal, stating the envisaged benefits are no longer relevant. The company confirmed no financial impact on itself or Kalpataru Properties Limited.
Neutral for shareholders. The proposed demerger is scrapped, but management confirms no financial impact on the company or its subsidiary.
