Appointment of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from August 01, 2026.

Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Milind Wadekar as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective August 1, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Wadekar brings over 30 years of finance experience, including more than two decades in the hospitality sector. He is a Chartered Accountant and currently serves as Executive Vice President - Finance and Investor Relations at Ventive Hospitality Limited. Previously, he was CFO at Chalet Hotels Limited, where he played a key role in optimizing financial performance. The new CFO has no family relationship with any existing board director.
