Kamdhenu Ventures 7th AGM held on 25 Sept 2026 via video conferencing

Kamdhenu Ventures held its 7th AGM on 25 Sept 2026 at 3:30 PM via video conferencing, attended by 91 members. Four resolutions were tabled: adoption of FY 2025-26 audited financials, re-appointment of Sunil Kumar Agarwal as Director retiring by rotation, and re-appointment of independent directors Ramesh Chand Surana and Madhusudan Agarwal for second 5-year terms. Auditors reports had no qualifications. Chairman shared post-demerger performance update; MD discussed decorative paints industry, monsoon and festive season impact on financials.
