On the reaction day the stock moved 4.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.4 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
At the 40th AGM, all 14 resolutions passed. Remote voting drew 36,953,044 votes, all in favour, with none against or invalid, equal to 33.7779% of outstanding shares. Approvals included renaming it Henyo Systems Ltd, adopting a new constitution, raising the authorised share limit, changing business activities, approving preferential share issuance, including a non-cash issue, appointing auditors and regularising three directors.
Business activity changes signal a strategic shift. Preferential issuance may dilute current holders; a higher capital limit adds no shares.
