All 6 resolutions passed at 46th AGM with 100 percent votes in favour

Katare Spinning Mills held its 46th AGM on 26 Sept 2026. All 6 resolutions passed with 100 percent votes in favour. Items included adoption of FY26 audited financials, re-appointment of Mr. Umakant Mahindrakar as Director, appointment of M/s Hiremath Patil Udgiri and Associates as Statutory Auditors (including to fill a casual vacancy), addition to Main Objects Clause of MoA, and continuation of Mr. Kishore T. Katare as CMD beyond age 70. Turnout was 51.43 percent on most resolutions but only 2.01 percent on the CMD item, as promoter group votes were excluded as interested parties.
