Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kaynes Technology has appointed Walker Chandiok and Co LLP as its new statutory auditor for 5 years, from the conclusion of the 18th AGM in FY26-27 to the 23rd AGM in FY31-32, subject to shareholder approval. The previous auditor, K.P. Rao and Co, completes their first term at the 18th AGM. Walker Chandiok, established in 1935, is a leading Indian audit firm with 98 partners and serves several top listed companies.
Routine auditor rotation after completion of first term. Appointment of a reputed big firm is generally viewed positively by investors.
