KDJ Holidayscapes and Resorts is now Avenique Limited. On July 15, 2026: Managing Director Hemantbhai Raval and CFO Akash Parmar resigned citing personal and professional reasons. Ravikumar Patel promoted from Non-Executive Director to Managing Director; Purvikkumar Patel joins as Executive Director and CFO. Auditor DD Shah Patel resigned mid-term citing capacity constraints, replaced by JM Patel and Bros for five years. Object clause altered to exit chemicals and enter compressed bio-gas, renewable energy, and waste-to-energy. AGM set for August 10, 2026.
