Board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Q2 revenue and profit after tax both fell about 60% year on year, to Rs 1,821.80 lakh and Rs 14.70 lakh. Half-year revenue fell 51% to Rs 3,728.01 lakh, while profit fell 16% to Rs 46.50 lakh. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 255.11 lakh. Short-term debt was Rs 1,724.61 lakh and cash Rs 151.32 lakh. The review found no material issues.
Lower sales, profit and operating cash flow may pressure the stock, while borrowings well above cash raise funding concerns.
