The board approved the unaudited September 2026 quarterly and first-half results. Second-quarter revenue fell 60.3% year on year to Rs 18.22 crore and profit after tax fell 60.2% to Rs 14.70 lakh. First-half revenue fell 51.4% to Rs 37.28 crore and profit after tax fell 16.4% to Rs 46.50 lakh. The margin before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose to 2.66% from 1.24%, but operating cash flow stayed negative at Rs 2.55 crore.
Sharp sales and profit declines may weigh on investor sentiment, while negative operating cash flow remains a concern.
