On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kesoram Industries has ceased to be part of the BK Birla Group from September 12, 2026. Frontier Warehousing Limited, via a Share Purchase Agreement dated December 4, 2025 and a mandatory open offer under SEBI takeover rules, has acquired control and is now classified as the promoter. The company published public notices in newspapers as required under the agreement.
Major change in promoter and control. Frontier Warehousing is the new promoter; shareholders should expect changes in strategy and board.
